THINK Gas, a leading player in the Indian City Gas
Distribution (CGD) industry, today announcedfuture expansion plans across its
Geographical Area (GA) of Jodhpur, Barmer, Jaisalmer and surrounding regions,
reaffirming its commitment to providing access to clean energy solutions
furthering natural gas adoption in Rajasthan. The company currently operates 45
CNG stations, with plans to add 10 more stations over the next three years
across key locations including Barmer, Jaisalmer, Balotra and Phalodi.
The
company plans to connect 5,000 additional households by the end of FY25–26,
backed by a focus on quick processing of customer requests, typically completed
within 30–90 days depending on network availability.In the PNG segment, THINK
Gas has supplied piped natural gas to households in Jodhpur city and Pachpadra
village, supported by 1475 km of MDPE pipeline in Jodhpur and 82 km in Balotra.

THINK Gas
has expanded its presence across commercial and industrial clusters, supplying
natural gas to establishments ranging from local tea vendors and sweet shops to
five-star hotels, as well as industries in textiles, handicrafts, steel
forging, and Gwar gum production. The company continues to promote CNG adoption
through targeted campaigns, including ₹2,000 free fuel cards for vehicle
conversions and ₹6,000–₹50,000 fuel card incentives for new Mini-LCV and LCV
buyers.
Operational
resilience remains a strategic priority, with LNG tanker-based supply currently
supported by 23 LNG tankers feeding its mother stations in Salawas and Daijar.
A new pipeline agreement, signed with the support of PNGRB, GoR, Petroleum
Ministry and GIGL, will further streamline supply and reduce logistical
dependence.
THINK Gas
has strengthened public safety and awareness through regular patrolling, “Dial
Before Digging” campaigns, geo-fence devices on excavators, newspaper and radio
outreach, and door-to-door awareness drives. Advanced technology deployments, including
SCADA-operated stations, remote valves, GPS-enabled CNG vehicles, automated
customer meters, and India’s first smart prepaid meters for domestic PNG users,
continue to improve monitoring, control and customer experience.
