HOSMAC, Asia’s leading
hospital planning, design, and management consultancy, successfully hosted the
7th edition of its flagship Thought Leadership Summit (TLS) on March 28, 2026,
at the Marriott Hotel, Jaipur. This year’s summit brought together around 150
delegates, including hospital owners, CXOs, policymakers, healthcare operators,
and industry experts, to deliberate on the theme “Emerging Healthcare
Models: India & Beyond.”
Since its inception, the Thought Leadership Summit has evolved into a premier knowledge-sharing platform for India’s healthcare ecosystem. The 2026 edition focused on the shifting dynamics of healthcare delivery, infrastructure, and management, addressing the growing need for scalable, efficient, and future-ready healthcare models in an increasingly complex landscape.
The summit featured a rich line-up of keynote sessions, panel discussions, and fireside conversations. It brought together 30+ industry leaders and stakeholders to exchange insights on some of the most pressing challenges and opportunities shaping the sector today.
Discussions throughout the day covered a wide spectrum of themes, including the evolution of healthcare models, expansion beyond metro cities, capex optimization, the transition towards paperless hospital ecosystems, mergers & acquisitions, and the growing role of public-private partnerships in strengthening India’s healthcare infrastructure.
Across 12 sessions
featuring 25 speakers, the summit delved into critical areas such as improving
healthcare access in smaller cities, evaluating clinical outsourcing models,
understanding hospital valuation drivers, and examining the role of CSR and
NGOs in enhancing healthcare delivery. A key highlight of the summit was the
release of a white paper on cancer care, adding depth and actionable insights
to the ongoing industry dialogue. The Keynote session revolved around Emerging
Healthcare Models in India & Beyond, featuring key insights pertaining to
Key Factors driving Indian Healthcare, Indian Healthcare being driven on a
Multi-Model System, Lessons from the Pandemic, Gaps in the Indian Healthcare
Models, and Innovation driving change in the coming future.
